When reporting a repair please try to give us as much information as you can including location of the repair, what you think might be wrong and any damage that might have been caused. If you speak to us, we will tell you what type of repair and how long the contractor has to do the repair. Occasionally, before instructing the Repair, we may send out a Property Services Officer to inspect what needs done.
