Cost of Living Crisis Support

Our Advice Services team is continually researching and updating the support available for tenants experiencing financial hardship or facing a crisis. We are here to help you access practical support, advice, and referrals. 

Fuel Support

Visit our Southside Energy Advice page for help with energy-related issues. If you are struggling with energy debt, we can:

  • Help identify and apply for available energy grants 
  • Provide advocacy and support when dealing with your energy supplier 
  • Assist with resolving billing or supply issues 
  • Provide PAYG (Pay As You Go) fuel vouchers in certain circumstances for households at risk of losing supply 

Food Support

We work closely with a range of local food support organisations and can help connect you to emergency food assistance.

We are referral partners for the Trussell Trust food banks and also work with independent food support providers, including:

  • Pollokshields Mutual Aid Community Food Point 
  • Cardonald Community Shop at Swinton Place People 8 5

In certain circumstances, we may also be able to provide vouchers or make direct referrals for additional support.
