Invoices are issued monthly. Your invoice will include our Management Fee in addition to the following charges if and where applicable:
- Insurance Premium (once a year)
- Backcourt and/or Garden Maintenance
- Cleaning of Stairs and Stair head Windows
- Common Power for Door Entry, T.V. aerial systems, Stair Lighting or Communal Fans
- Any other agreed services
Common repair costs will be charged monthly from August 2013 based on your share specified in your Deed of Conditions.
Who is responsible for paying Factoring Fees?
We hold the owner of the factored premises responsible for payment of factoring fees. Factoring fees will only be issued to commercial leasehold tenants by prior arrangement with the owner. Any action for outstanding monies will always be taken against the owner of the property.
Payment of Invoices
Payment is due within 14 days of your invoice being issued. Alternatively, monthly payments can be arranged on request.
Our customers receive an AllPay payment swipecard containing a unique identification number.
If for any reason you have not received your AllPay swipecard, or you have lost or damaged it, please contact us so we can send you a replacement card.

You can pay your invoice at the post office by using your all pay card or any shop where you can see the pay point sign or alternatively you can pay by telephone or via the internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you are experiencing difficulty with payment please contact Southside Factoring and Related Services without delay. Appropriate advice and assistance will be offered, and payment by instalments can be arranged.
Interest may be added to accounts in arrears if permissible in terms of the Deed of Conditions relative to the property.
SFARS may raise Court action to recover sums due to it if it considers that all reasonable attempts to recover the monies have failed.
